A signature may be required to ensure that your tickets are delivered to the correct person. It can be difficult to get replacement tickets if they have been lost or stolen, and the value of the tickets may be very high. It is up to the driver to decide if they feel comfortable with leaving a package without a signature.
For the same reason, we are unable to waive a signature that is required on any of our packages. To arrange a pickup or have the tickets shipped to a different location, please contact us right away.
