There are several different delivery methods sellers will use when they are not able to deliver the tickets via email, electronic transfer, or by shipping them prior to the event. The different types of Special Delivery include:
The tickets will be available at the venue's box office window starting an hour prior to the event.
On-Site Services are another form of Local Pickup, but instead of picking up from individual sellers, you will be picking up from a team that distributes all of the tickets for that event to our customers. This service is available for high profile events such as Super Bowl.
As the event gets closer, you will receive an email with instructions on where, when, and how you will be able to get your tickets. If anything changes and your tickets are available via a different delivery method, we'll reach out to you to let you know.
