An email will be sent to you with all of the contact information that is needed to pick up your tickets on the day of the event. This will include the number of the seller's representative and our customer service center.  These phone numbers are only for the day of the event or the day of your scheduled pickup.  If you have any questions before your event, feel free to email us.

Please call the seller's representative on the day of the event if:

  • You are running late
  • You are having trouble finding the pick up location
  • If you are no longer attending the event/no longer need to pickup the tickets 

Call our customer service center on the day of the event if:

  • You are not able to reach the seller
  • You think that you have received the wrong tickets or had any issues at the pickup location
  • You have trouble gaining entry into the event
